Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing their medical history and performing specific assessments to establish tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings effectively to both patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in goal-setting for their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement treatment protocols based on your evaluations while adapting to each patient's unique presentation and the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, recognizing changes in patient conditions that may require modifications to the plan of care or further medical consultations.
• Ensure comprehensive discharge planning and follow-up care, documenting all patient care activities accurately and promptly to reflect their progress and inform future treatments.
• Manage your time effectively to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule and punctuality for meetings.
• Engage in community-based marketing activities to promote our services and improve access to care for all community members.
• Participate actively in team initiatives aimed at removing barriers to patient access, utilizing CSI measurement data to enhance operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse clientele benefits from your expertise as you guide them through their recovery journey, utilizing evidence-based practice and patient-centered care to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association, specifically BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Fountain Hills Physiotherapy offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
