Summary: The Client Support Analyst serves as a critical post-deal liaison between Company Services, Brokers, and the Sales Team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct thorough operational research, resolve complex inquiries, and ensure exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for brokers and sales representatives navigating post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios. Success in this role demands strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to SLAs. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
