Maintains all system documentation. Establishes policies and procedures to ensure the reliability and security of the department's information technology resources and compliance with the University's standards. Provides training to end users or develops programs or documentation for end-user training. Provides technical support to end-users. Recommends new hardware or software to support the department's programs and activities. Writes programming code to provide reports and analyses for end-users. Participates in University-wide information technology strategic planning teams. May hire, train and evaluate performance of staff or student employees.Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution. Five years' relevant experience. Experience installing and maintaining hardware and software. Experience maintaining system documentation. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Programming experience. Applicable industry certification or relevant experience.
