This role ensures that all benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and support employee well-being. By proactively managing benefits and leave programs, we mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and empower employees to thrive both personally and professionally.Your Impact:As the Benefits Manager, you will shape and lead the administration of health & welfare plans (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, etc.) and leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, parental leave, etc.). You will serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries, resolve complex cases, and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. Your expertise will enable continuous improvement, accurate reporting, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $129,000 - $193,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
