Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at our outpatient treatment center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, encouraging participants to share their experiences and strategies for coping with mental health challenges.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and recovery goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Systematically assess and document client progress, utilizing various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the efficacy of treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Active LMHC licensure in the State of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
