Subrogation Support Specialist

Working remotely, the part-time Subrogation Support Specialist will manage inbound calls, initiate new files, and identify potential subrogation claims while providing professional customer service during designated hours of 9a-6p, 10a-7p, or 11a-8p EST. Key responsibilities Answer inbound ACD calls and provide prompt customer service to members and insurance companies Create new claim files with accurate and complete information Access client systems to gather information and review claim data efficiently Required qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance or related fields preferred Fluent in Spanish and English with professional communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Word and Excel Strong organizational skills
