Job Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Process invoices into accounting software Prepare reports as requested Handle reconciliation Work with other internal team members on various projects as needed Job Requirements 1-3 Years in Field of Bookkeeping/Accounting/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoices, Collections Strong attention to Detail Professional Demeanor Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with minimal supervision Work effectively with other Internal Teams Solid MS Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, and Accounting software This position is temp to perm with opportunity of full-time hire with full company benefits.
