Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a compassionate, trusting rapport with patients to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Utilize clinical expertise to assess and diagnose mental health disorders in individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Create personalized and evidence-based treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and life circumstances.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy, while providing ongoing support and guidance.

• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans as necessary, taking into consideration patient feedback and progress.

• Provide referrals to specialized practitioners when additional support is required and coordinate care to ensure continuity of treatment.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a broad demographic, including individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Therapists will encounter clients with varying mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic support to families and individuals, through both individual and group therapy modalities.

• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities to effectively juggle a caseload and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is highly valued.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
