This remote full-time position provides the flexibility to work from home while still collaborating closely with our outpatient team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway Mental Health, your duties will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences and build supportive connections.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored therapeutic interventions that empower clients to explore personal thoughts, feelings, and actions, developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress regularly, adapting treatment approaches as necessary based on their feedback and outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights on complex cases, and ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom experience emotional and mental health challenges typical of this transitional life stage. You will provide critical support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), employing best practices to facilitate their recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current LPC licensure in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience in adolescent or young adult mental health treatment, group therapy facilitation, and crisis intervention skills will be highly regarded. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
