Spring Café – Aspen
Spring Café is looking for an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to join our team. We specialize in fresh, organic, plant-forward food and are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about quality.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Experience preparing - Vegan pastries. Gluten Free
- Knowledge of organic and plant-based food
- Strong grill skills
- Salad and cold station experience
- Food ordering and receiving
- Inventory management and organization
- Current DOH/Food Handler Card
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Open availability , including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
We’re looking for someone who can support kitchen leadership, maintain consistency and quality, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
