Physician Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The PA will provide high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician, assisting in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain comprehensive medical histories of patients. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Perform various medical procedures as permitted by state regulations and the supervising physician. Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in patient follow-ups and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination. Remain up-to-date with medical knowledge and advancements in the field. Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and professional standards. Qualifications Current certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA) and state licensure. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in physical examination techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Previous experience in [specific field/setting, e.g., primary care, urgent care, etc.] is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
