Main Street, Collegeville, PA 19426 Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Paid Training, PTO, Paid Holidays, Performance Bonus Opportunities Competitive Pay: $50,000-$55,000 About the Role We are hiring a Customer Experience Office Manager to be the central hub of our growing flooring business. This is a high‑ownership role where you will manage customer communication, scheduling, office operations, and marketing support. You will often be the primary in‑office team member while the sales team is in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
