Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitating couples therapy and family counseling, guiding discussions that address interpersonal conflicts and relationship dynamics.

• Assessing and developing treatment plans tailored to the goals and challenges of each client.

• Providing support and guidance on issues such as separation, divorce, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate client records in accordance with confidentiality regulations.

• Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on adult clients and child/adolescent populations dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges.
\n
• Emotional and psychological abuse signs.
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling disputes.
\n
• Medical issues affecting mental health stability.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce processes.
\n
• Communication barriers within familial relationships.
\n

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Proficient communication skills for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A nonjudgmental, empathetic approach to healing, alongside excellent organizational abilities to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience in telehealth is preferred, we welcome recently licensed candidates as well as seasoned therapists to apply. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility in availability, with a commitment to providing an average of 30 hours or more per week in therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
