Park & Grove is a seasonal New American restaurant and neighborhood gem near Hampton Park in Charleston, built around local ingredients and classic technique. We're hiring Line Cooks for both our AM and PM lines — prepping mise en place, running your station to spec, and keeping service tight from open to close. This is a hands-on cook role for someone who takes pride in consistency, wants to grow their craft, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit culinary team. What You'll Need

• 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience preferred — we're glad to train a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and a genuine curiosity for food
• Working knowledge of knife skills, mise en place, and core cooking techniques (grill, sauté, griddle, poach, fry)
• Ability to read and execute recipes precisely and consistently under the pressure of service
• Ability to stand for a full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work near hot equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable availability including weekends and holidays; nights required for PM shifts

What You'll Do

• Prep and set up mise en place ahead of service
• Run your assigned stations menu items to Park & Grove's standard for consistency and presentation
• Check and maintain par levels, communicating production progress to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
• Follow HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the shift
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked, and properly hand off or close down the kitchen at the end of your shift
• Work as part of a close-knit culinary team that backs each other up during service
