This role is not your typical HR Manager role. We are looking for a business partner to support the CFO and President. If you are looking for a role where you can make a difference and be involved in HR, payroll, and strategic processes, please respond with your resume.

•  This position has tremendous visibility to senior management and will be instrumental in creating new processes.
•  This individual will provide leadership and create a vision for the HR Department while working hands-on as a solo department.

What you will do:

•  Manage all HR functions.
•  Create and implement updated processes and procedures.
•  Oversee ADP biweekly payroll.
•  Develop, expand, and maintain HRIS data integrity.
•  Administer all benefit programs.
•  Ensure a positive people first culture.
•  Ensure HR strategies and policies remain updated.
•  Manage compensation and employee relations items.

What you will have:

•  B.S. in HR or related
•  SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP is a plus
•  Progressive, well-rounded HR experience
•  The knowledge and confidence to provide ideas and create the department
•  Prior payroll experience
