We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Coding & Billing Administrative Assistant to support the financial and administrative operations of a healthcare office. In this role, you will assist with medical coding, insurance billing, patient records, and front-office coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with healthcare documentation, maintaining accuracy, and supporting both patients and providers.


Duties:

• Review and enter medical codes for procedures, diagnoses, and services
• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and timely
• Verify patient insurance information and benefits eligibility
• Maintain patient records and update electronic medical files
• Assist with payment posting, billing inquiries, and claim follow-up
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front-office operations
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and office procedures
