This position is designed for a remote work setting, giving you the flexibility to work from your own home while connecting with clients and team members through innovative telehealth platforms. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals within a virtual detox center environment, fostering positive change in our clients' lives from the comfort of your own space.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children and families.
\n
• Actively collaborate with team members to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.
\n
• Monitor the progress of children and families against established objectives, ensuring accountability and progress toward developmental goals.
\n
• Offer guidance and support to families, equipping them with knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to foster their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching paradigm to educate families in natural settings, allowing for a seamless integration of therapy into everyday life.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations while ensuring the health and safety of clients and co-workers.
\n
• Build positive rapport with children, families, and team members to create a robust support network promoting a nurturing learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers diagnosed with disabilities or developmental delays. You will contribute directly to their early intervention efforts by assisting them in developing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills essential for their growth. Your role is crucial in empowering families to actively engage in their child's developmental journey, strengthening their ability to navigate the complexities of early intervention services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as per the Department of Public Health regulations.

• A valid driver's license is required.
