Customer Service Representative

Position Summary 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by handling orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. This role supports sales and operational goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships within the automotive aftermarket industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, or email 

• Accurately process customer orders in the company system 

• Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers 

• Handle returns, warranties, and complaints according to company policies 

• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries 

• Support outside sales representatives with customer needs and account management 

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM system 

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business 

• Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and industry trends 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in automotive aftermarket, distribution, or retail parts 

• Proven communication and problem-solving skills 

• Proficiency with computer systems, including order entry, CRM, and Microsoft Office 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts or industry terminology 

• Experience with ERP or order management systems 

• Bilingual skills a plus
