Join CU*Answers as our Accounting Manager and play a key leadership role in supporting the financial operations of CU*Answers and its affiliated organizations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to make a meaningful impact within a cooperative that supports credit unions nationwide.What You'll DoLead and support the day-to-day operations of the Accounting team.Coach, mentor, and develop employees while helping drive department success.Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, cash management, and other accounting functions.Manage month-end and year-end accounting activities, including external audit coordination.Ensure accurate financial reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.Support monthly billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes.Maintain accounting systems, documentation, and internal controls.Partner with leadership on budgeting, planning, reporting, and process improvements.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent combination of education and experience).3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Experience with Microsoft Office; Microsoft GP or Business Central experience is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Why You'll Love Working With UsAt CU*Answers, you'll join a collaborative leadership team that values innovation, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
