Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, and collaborate to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Facilitate couples therapy to address relationship dynamics and promote healthier communication patterns.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face transportation barriers.
\n
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals that are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on client progress.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field.
