Administrative Coordinator

We looking for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to be provide essential clerical support to the busy Claims Department. Data entry, customer service and scanning physical paperwork into the electronic system. This is a critical dual-role position where your efficiency ensures the smooth operation of the office and the accurate processing of high-volume claims documentation. - Be the Gatekeeper of Data: Accurately enter, scan, index, and organize incoming hard-copy and electronic contracts and financial remittances using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) methodology.
- Provide "Service with a Smile": Happily manage inbound calls and emails regarding contract cancellations, providing clear answers, documentation, and a supportive voice to clients.
- Solve the Puzzles: Proactively reach out to dealers via phone or email to track down missing contract information and ensure zero gaps in documentation.
- Own the Cancellation Process: Monitor dedicated mailboxes, review cancellation requests for accuracy, update internal databases, and manage follow-ups from start to finish.
- Collaborate and Support: Assist with administrative cross-functional projects, manage specialized lender spreadsheets, and support other departments as needed.
