Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans based on feedback, clinical observations, and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Engage in ongoing professional education to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

• Partake in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and enhance team synergy.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and adhere to the highest professional standards set forth by licensure boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary between $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
