Schedule: Every Weekend

Shift: Doubles - 7:00 AM-3:00 PM & 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Position Summary:

The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns
• Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety
• Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
