Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sushi offerings that delight our guests.
- Food Preparation: Execute precise and efficient sushi preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients are always available.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation processes and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role within a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredient sourcing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
