Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Collaborate with team members to create innovative sushi offerings.
- Food Preparation: Execute food preparation and presentation with precision and artistry.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure freshness and quality.
- Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a sushi chef or similar role in a restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of sushi techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
