Key Responsibilities
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the team to design innovative sushi offerings.
- Food Preparation: Execute high-quality sushi preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of sushi techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
