Key Responsibilities

Menu Planning: Collaborate with the team to design innovative sushi offerings.
Food Preparation: Execute high-quality sushi preparation and presentation.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a full-service restaurant.
Strong knowledge of sushi techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
