Position Title: Guidewire Business Analyst

Job Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Very strong Insurance background and knowledge of common P&C CL and PL LOBs
• Very good communication skills
• Should have spear headed large implementations with insurance carriers
• Strong exposure to Producer Engage (PE11) screens
• Strong knowledge on GW product model designing and workflow for both the CL and PL LOBs. Preferably with GW SaaS experience. Certification in the latest GW SaaS version is a must
• Experience in coordinating with different business leaders on products rolled out to new states, apart from research, recommendations and document new products, context flows, processes, workflows and procedures to provide technical, analytical, and business solutions for business partners
• Experienced in working on Agile methodology and ability to understand and articulate the complexities involved in PE11 implementation
• Experience in having conversations with Business heads/sponsors, involving in key decision discussions related to state expansion
• Coordinate with larger teams in preparing Architecture Design Document/System Diagram, Business Requirement Documents, Functional/Non-Functional Requirement Documents, Use-Case, Business Process Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Document of Understanding, Knowledge Transition Document, Wireframes and Data Mapping Documents
• Experience in coordinating with Underwriters and Business team for Standard and Non-Standard business
• Report status on a regular basis to senior management on progress made, risks and mitigations and key asks
