Air Export Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Air Export team. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day export operations, including preparing shipments, coordinating logistics, and communicating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant export processes. Prepare export shipments, including labeling, documentation, customs clearance, and cargo distribution. Coordinate with trucking companies, airlines, steamship lines, and bonded facilities. Generate and issue freight bills and invoices; assist in tracking and collecting unpaid invoices. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth shipment handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Report and document any operational discrepancies. Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on workflow and procedures. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent industry experience Some knowledge or experience in Air Export operations preferred Familiarity with international commerce (Incoterms, customs regulations, etc.) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Must be able to work in an office setting and perform basic administrative tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr QUICK USA
