Descrizione azienda Per azienda in forte crescita, operante nel settore della logistica, dei trasporti internazionali e dei servizi doganali, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Contabile Junior da inserire all'interno dell'area Amministrazione e Finanza. La risorsa, inserita in un team strutturato e a diretto supporto dell'area Finance, si occuperà principalmente delle attività legate alla gestione bancaria, riconciliazioni, incassi e recupero crediti. Posizione La persona si occuperà di: Gestione e controllo dei movimenti bancari e dei relativi flussi finanziari; Riconciliazioni bancarie e verifica della corretta contabilizzazione dei movimenti; Gestione e registrazione di bonifici e pagamenti; Gestione degli incassi e verifica delle partite aperte; Monitoraggio dello scadenzario clienti; Supporto nelle attività di recupero crediti, sollecitando i clienti in caso di mancato o ritardato pagamento; Gestione dei rapporti operativi con le banche; Verifica e aggiornamento delle posizioni contabili; Supporto nelle attività amministrative e contabili ordinarie; Collaborazione con il team Finance per la corretta gestione dei flussi di tesoreria. Requisiti Requisiti Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede: Diploma di Ragioneria o Laurea in Economia/discipline economiche; 1-3 anni di esperienza in ambito amministrativo-contabile; Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale; Familiarità con le riconciliazioni bancarie; Buona dimestichezza nella gestione di Excel e dei principali strumenti informatici; Gradita conoscenza di software gestionali/ERP; Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione al dettaglio; Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità; Attitudine al lavoro in team. Completano il profilo Minima esperienza nella gestione del credito e recupero crediti; Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di home banking aziendale; Esperienza nella gestione di numerosi conti correnti e relativi flussi bancari; Conoscenza di procedure di tesoreria; Buona capacità di analisi e controllo dei dati contabili.
