Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications: Proven experience negotiating business and commercial terms directly with large enterprise customers. Highly detailed and process-oriented, with practical experience in vendor management. Strong background in change management and guiding teams through evolving business landscapes. A natural curiosity for and adeptness with artificial intelligence technology, particularly how it can be applied to optimize contract workflows. Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment skills across matrixed organizations.
About the job: Global Deal Pursuit, a customer engagement team, is closely aligned with Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to address unique customer needs, win workloads, support Pre-GA offerings, and displace competition. Our team provides Custom and Standard enablement. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
