Long-term nanny needed for two children, including an infant and a toddler.

We seek a loving, grounded, and "unshakeable" nanny for our lively home. We need someone who thrives in high-energy environments and stays calm with the needs of a toddler and an infant. Our ideal candidate handles tantrums or fussiness with a level-headed approach. STRICT RULE: NO PHONE USE while with the children. We had a hurtful past experience where phone distraction led to not only a lack of engagement but physical harm to our child. We require a nanny who is fully present and focused on safety. SCHEDULE: Full-time, Weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage infant feeding/nap schedules, keep the toddler active and engaged through reading and play, prep basic snacks, and keep play areas tidy. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience with infants and close-age gaps. Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
