Growth Marketer

Owning the full-funnel demand engine, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage paid acquisition strategies across multiple platforms, build and optimize email and lifecycle marketing programs, and oversee HubSpot operations to convert leads into revenue. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and dental-specific channels while managing budget allocation and performance metrics Lead the email and lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on nurturing leads, optimizing demo show rates, and enhancing engagement through targeted campaigns Serve as the HubSpot owner, ensuring data integrity, managing automated workflows, and facilitating clean marketing-to-sales handoffs Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in full-funnel growth or demand-generation marketing at a B2B SaaS company Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot Proven track record of managing efficiency metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPA Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking and dashboard management Experience in both SMB and enterprise marketing strategies
