Founded 2023 · 11-50 people · Industry: AI training data / startup services The Role We're hiring on behalf of our client for a Growth Marketer to build their acquisition engine from the ground up. Most of the pipeline today comes from referrals; this hire owns top-of-funnel growth end to end across the company's two go-to-market motions, experimenting across channels to find what works and then scaling it. It's a hands-on, build-it-yourself role reporting directly to the founder - the single measure of success is generating qualified marketing leads. What you'll be doing Own top-of-funnel growth end to end: choose channels, run experiments, and scale what works Generate qualified marketing leads across both of the company's go-to-market motions Build and ship your own landing pages, campaigns, and workflows with AI tools rather than waiting on design or engineering Move fast with incomplete data - cut what isn't working, double down on what is Measure honestly and report your own results Tech stack: AI tools for building landing pages, campaigns, workflows, and automations Requirements Three to five-plus years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at an early-stage company where you owned channels end to end A concrete, measurable record of lifting qualified-lead volume through your own hands-on work - not work you briefed out Comfortable building real things yourself (landing pages, campaigns, workflows, automations) using AI tools A broad experimenter who tests across paid, SEO/AEO/GEO, content, and web rather than going deep on a single channel Strongly data-literate: able to read your own results and act on them decisively Thrives in ambiguity with no fixed playbook, and comfortable making fast calls with partial information Able to work in person five days a week from the Dumbo (Brooklyn) office Nice to Haves Experience marketing to founders, startups, or other B2B / technical buyers Familiarity with AI training, data licensing, or model evaluation Track record launching a channel from zero with no existing playbook AI-native fluency across new tools, channels, and automation Why Join A rare ground-floor seat at a company scaling from zero to serious revenue in months Full ownership of the acquisition engine, reporting straight to the founder Strong package: $175K-$235K base plus meaningful equity, 100% covered medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, gym membership via Wellhub, and a desk allowance Details Location - New York City, NY (Dumbo, Brooklyn) Work policy - On-site, 5 days/week Compensation - $175,000-$235,000 + equity Visa sponsorship - None available Employment type - Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
