Divisional VP of Sales - Revenue Growth & Strategy

Crystal Clean is seeking a Divisional Vice President of Sales to shape and execute the division's sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market share. You will lead Regional Sales Managers and the Divisional Sales Manager, reporting to the EVP, Chief Commercial Officer.
This role partners with operations, HR, customer service, and other functions to optimize customer experience, manage the divisional budget, and mentor sales leaders.
