About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Local Sales to provide strategic leadership and direction for local and regional sales efforts within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning national sales initiatives with local market strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all go-to-market activities. This role involves leading a team of direct reports, including regional and remote sales professionals, and is focused on commercial roofing sales to end-user decision makers. The RVP will also be tasked with championing the company's vision and national sales strategy, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and driving sales growth, value creation, and customer relationship development. Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Local Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for business administration, sales, marketing, or construction management. A minimum of 5 years' progressive sales leadership experience in commercial construction services is required, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving gross profit performance. The role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead a high-performing sales team. Experience in value-based selling, CRM systems, and a background in commercial construction or related industries is essential.
