Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles:Dignity and RespectInformation SharingParticipationCollaborationThe Patient Service Representative is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.Essential ResponsibilitiesTo serve as a communication and information resource for patient services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, referral intake, scheduling, insurance verification and registration.
