Director of Marketing

Job Summary Sierra Interactive helps real estateprofessionals close more deals. We are looking for a Director of Marketing tohelp us move to our next phase of expansion.This role will report to the CEO.They will partner with our Director of Product, Sales Team and CustomerSuccess to establish a marketing plan which will enable Sierra Interactive toreach their growth and market recognition targets. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have thefollowing experience in marketing and real estate: 10+ years leading a Marketing function,ideally with both in a SaaS or similar business 2+ years in real estate or a related market This candidate will also align withour culture, specifically our values: It’s about progress, not perfection... You will own creating and executing the company’s marketing plan. This will include creating, analyzing andimproving metrics around market recognition, market penetration, partnerprograms, vendor programs, and customer metrics (wallet share, acquisition,retention). Specifically, you will: Workwith key stakeholders to develop and execute Sierra Interactive’smarketing plan Gathercustomer feedback and insights, sharing these with the broader Sierra teamwhere it makes sense Partnerwith Director of Product on new product feature requests, development and customerroll out Plansand oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activitiesincluding online ads, partner promotions, vendor promotions, managingoutside marketing resources and printed collateral. Researches,develops, and recommends pricing strategies for the organization Works closelywith vendor partners to strengthen businessrelationships and identify opportunities to increase sales and/or gross margin Conductsmarketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedbackfor future product development Requirements NecessaryExperience: 10+ years leadinga Marketing function, ideally with both in a SaaS or similar business 2+ years in realestate or a related market Demonstratedability to lead the marketing function BS/BAin related function Necessary Leadership Competencies: Internallymotivated to act as a servant leader Entrepreneurial mindset to initiate and drivenew business opportunities Abilityto act as an informal leader with peers and other stakeholders Adept at listening to needs andinput from the legacy team and negotiating and teaching to gain alignmentwith the team.
