Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee daily banking operations and ensure accurate financial management across multiple business accounts. This role is critical to maintaining strong cash flow, internal controls, and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of incoming and outgoing funds across multiple accounts (operating, eCommerce, PayPal, and related entities) Approve Positive Pay ACH transactions and check activity Upload check lists to U.S. Bank SinglePoint Ensure all checking accounts maintain sufficient balances to cover payments Email daily bank statements to A/R department Email monthly eCommerce bank statements to accounting team Reconcile multiple bank accounts and investigate discrepancies Maintain organized financial records and support audit requests Assist with month-end close and reporting Qualifications: 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred) Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, ACH, wire activity, and Positive Pay Experience working with multiple bank platforms (U.S. Bank experience a plus) Proficient in Excel and accounting software Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously Ideal Candidate: Proactive and solution-driven Comfortable working independently Strong communicator with high integrity Thrives in a fast-paced environment This is a key role within the organization, requiring discretion, accuracy, and strong financial oversight.
