- 1 year of experience in an IT Support role \n- Basic tier 1 ticketing experience - password resets, black screen, white glove customer service, escalations as needed - Comfortability working in a Microsoft 365 environment \n- Strong customer communication\n- Attention to detail when documenting tickets
- Experience with Team Dynamics (TDX) Job Description Insight is hiring two IT Support Technicians to help with coverage for disaster response efforts, requiring someone who can provide support during evenings, weekends, and periods of increased activity. In any given week, there will be a minimum of 40 hours available to work. The standard Monday through Friday shift is 12:30 pm EST - 9 pm EST. Weekend work is dependent on disaster activity - this shift is Saturday 9 am EST - 8 pm EST and Sunday 9 am EST - 8 pm EST. This person will be supporting tier 1/white glove customer service for the employees deployed to the disaster sites. The tickets come through a voicemail-to-ticket system, and the IT Support Specialist will pick these tickets up in the queue.
