Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and coping resources, fostering a clear understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop coordinated and client-centered treatment plans.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions, adjusting strategies as needed based on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, developing safety plans for clients facing immediate mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients’ skills and foster community connections.

• Foster ongoing communication and relationships with clients to support their therapeutic journey and empower them to achieve their individual goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus.
