Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to effect positive change.

• Manage casework that includes advocacy, medication monitoring, and coordinating essential services with medical providers and other community organizations.
\n
• Facilitate client referrals for additional services as required, ensuring comprehensive support from initial contact through treatment.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary while maintaining meticulous documentation for compliance and review.

• Engage in interdisciplinary consultation, sharing insights and strategies with primary care professionals, prescribers, and emergency service teams.
\n
• Occasionally, participate in crisis intervention situations, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of diverse individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will adapt your approach to meet the needs of each unique client, utilizing culturally competent techniques to establish trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple case files and maintain up-to-date information efficiently.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while exhibiting a calm demeanor and positive attitude.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
