Select and utilize the optimal tooling packages for each job.Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and precise specifications.Perform visual inspections of final products to ensure exact precision and zero defects.Maintain your equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and keep a clean, safe work area.Work alongside expert machinists and craftsmen to hit production goals, assisting with shipping/receiving as needed.Press Brake Operator - What We're Looking For:1–3 years of hands-on metal fabrication/press brake experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stand, stoop, or sit for extended periods.Press Brake Operator - Why Work With PrideStaff?At PrideStaff, we truly value people.
