If you are money motivated, energetic, and determined to be successful! Then you are exactly what we are looking for! Bluegreen Vacations is looking for outgoing individuals to join our team. This is a face-to-face sales role inside of the Bass Pro Shops located in Mesa, AZ.

Bluegreen Vacations inspires people to discover the power of vacation and how it can lead to happier and more fulfilling lives. Our Vacation Club provides access to a collection of 69 unique and locally inspired resorts that span over 40 destinations across the U.S. and Caribbean. These resorts offer an array of accommodation types ranging from rustic yurts to high-end luxury homes and everything in between. And, with the Bluegreen Vacation Club's innovative points-based platform, our owners can easily personalize every vacation to their needs and desires.

A Day in the Life

• Utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
• Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the US.
• Have negotiation skills to close deals overcoming customers concerns in a professional manner.
• Strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and desire to learn

What We Offer

• Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-80k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire) **WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED**
• Includes guaranteed $16hr base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week
