In this role, you will review and verify medication orders, perform clinical pharmacokinetic dosing, participate in patient care rounds, counsel patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes. You will contribute to formulary management, medication safety initiatives, and antimicrobial stewardship.
