Requirements - Fast-Track Hiring
- 1+ year RN experience - REQUIRED
- Active RN license - Arizona or Compact
- AHA BLS - in-person certification required
- TB test within 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B & Varicella documentation
- Current N95 fit test
- Must complete background check and fingerprinting
