PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. CPP preferred.
2-4 years' experience processing multi-state payroll.
Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.

Processes Payroll
Enters and adjusts:

401k Deferral changes
401k Loans

Enters and processes:

Child Support orders
Liens and Garnishments
Reciprocity

Filing (as needed)
Point of contact for Payroll related questions

Working Conditions/Environment:

Operates in a business casual office/environment.
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, personal computers, photocopiers/scanners and desk phones.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
