Job Description Assigns Scheduled visits to appropriate team members, communicates with patients/family members to confirm visit dates and time. Prepares and distributes monthly schedules, maintains accurate electronic schedule in EPIC. Work in collaboration with all agency team members. Principal Accountabilities: Assist with team members scheduling, including weekends Maintains calendars for team members schedules Manages communications for assigned clinical team members Manages various reports Orients new employees Assists with management of IDT and staff meetings Assists with scheduling and managing annual competencies and mandatory in-services Qualifications Required:

1. HS Diploma or equivalent.
2. Six months of health care work experience, preferred.
3. Minimum 6 months of steady work history.
