Administrative Support Assistant/Office Support Assistant

Job Title

Incumbent receives, assesses, routes or otherwise handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and other communications

Performs office automation duties including: preparation of reports, tracking data, entering pertinent information into automated systems.

Manages appointments and meeting schedules, serves as a point of contact.

Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support work of the organization such as purchasing supplies, follow-up & tracking of expenditures and payments
