Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality counseling services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating joint sessions with couples as well as individual therapy sessions to address personal and relational challenges.
\n
• Providing therapy for a broad range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and confidential documentation of sessions in compliance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
\n
• Actively participating in team meetings and continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents, in varied family dynamics. Your focus will be on delivering empathetic care and effective interventions for issues ranging from blended family challenges to communication difficulties and adjustments following separation or divorce. It is crucial that you are skilled at creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state licensure.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
