Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Hill Top Mental Health, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assess and evaluate client concerns, including conflicts among family members, grief and loss issues, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Provide specialized treatment for situations such as alcohol abuse, job stress, blended families, and separation or divorce.
\n
• Document session details comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and contribute to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with diverse adult and child/adolescent populations, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges. Your expertise in family dynamics will be critical in facilitating meaningful conversations among family members and helping clients navigate their emotional journeys.

Qualifications\n
